  We Recently purchased our Beach house in Ocean City NJ and needed to furnish it. After shopping around at home and around the whole area, the only store that made us Happy was Platt’s !!! All we could say was Wow!! I’m not Kidding!! What a fantastic selection of coastal furniture and accessories!! It’s like a candy store of furniture! With very reasonable prices! If you don’t see what your looking for in the showroom in your colors or styles, The fantastic customer service team will gladly help you find what you need in a huge selection of catalogs! I was very Leary of ordering from a catalog but I did and I was very pleased with the quality & delivery time on everything! They have been doing this for years and they definitely know what they are doing!! We have had a truly Superb experience at Platt’s! It puts a huge Smile on our faces every time We walk in the showroom! Our beach house looks amazing!! Last but definitely not least!! The delivery team was extremely courteous & very professional! They made sure everything was put in its place! Very nice guys!! We decided to go with the whole house package which offered us many great discounts! I’m so pleased with everything and we are looking forward to enjoying our new Beach house .. Thank you so much for a fantastic, fun time of decorating our home!   Who knew that there is more to furniture shopping then just walking in a store and sitting on a sofa or chair that you might see and like? Well this couple certainly found that out! My husband graced me with a fantastic gift certificate for new furniture for our home that I had been waiting 10 years for. So off to Platt's we went. The staff is so very friendly and knowledgeable.However, I must hands down say thank you to Donna! She is the absolute best at her job! She spent hours with us picking out just the right furniture that would work in our home. From driving to our house and measuring to matching the " yin and yang" of my husbands and I style to give us the Perfect Decorating Touch! No where else will you find this service!!!! We are now on faze two of our decorating and again she has been at our fingertips assisting from fabric swatches, to design style and more.   Platt's furniture is a family owned store who over the years has become a part of our family. To the staff - thank you so much for your exceptional customer service. Everyone in the store is wonderful. A special thanks to Betsy and Tom who have been there to guide us, answer all our questions and give us recommendations. There is never any pressure and they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to furniture. We bought our first home in Ocean City NJ in 2012, which was the start of our long and lasting relationship with Platt's furniture. Since then we have purchased several investment homes which Platt's has fully furnished from top to bottom. We couldn't have done all of this without their help! The quality of the furniture is exceptional. Even the men who delivered the furniture were professional and kind. I absolutely would recommend Platt's furniture to anyone looking for a wonderful and easy experience shopping for their home.
